I've never seen one like this, but now that Gondwana mentions albino Red-eyed Treefrog, it does look like it could be a xanthochromistic Red-eyed Treefrog. That would be an animal with a genetic condition that prevents its body from producing red pigment or over-producing yellow pigment. It's a rare condition but has been documented in several birds and some amphibians.
