Any chance the recently approved Big Cat Bill will change something in keeping big carnivores?

@Philipine eagle The bill will help eradicate the number of backyard tigers in the U.S., but I'm not sure it will make any sort of difference for the many roadside zoos in America. There are loads of junky zoos (up there with the worst in the world) that have zoo licenses already and therefore they'll still be able to maintain big cats in tiny, chain-link cages.

@dillotest0 Well, this place is pretty "sus", and it's definitely a "stain", but it's not an "able safari" by any means.
