If that is a Pantherophis obsoletus, it's one of the most emaciated specimens I've ever seen. Body proportions are very different from a typical ratsnake.
Edit: I'm clearly tired. These 100% are Toxicodryas, definitely not a ratsnake.
@Coelacanth18, @Swampy you guys are obviously correct. I'm so sorry @Lucas Lang!! I thought they didn't have a black Blanding's but after looking carefully at my photos again, there's one I hadn't noticed under a pale one.
