Mr Gharial 14 Dec 2023 I actually took this one out to the internet. r/cichlid on reddit identified this as a hybrid cichlid, most likely Cyrtocara moorii x Metriaclima.

gentle lemur 15 Dec 2023 @Mr Gharial That's quite possible, but that there are several mbuna species with this sort of colour pattern. This particular fish is not displaying much colour, so I cannot even guess at its identity.

Mr Gharial 15 Dec 2023 @gentle lemur The redditor also mentioned that they were just guessing. C. Moorrii is definitely in there though, seeing the hump head

gentle lemur 15 Dec 2023 @Mr Gharial That might be the result of an injury, and old male mbuna can sometimes develope very slight head humps (for example see the wild fishes illustrated at Maylandia
Metriaclima).

Mr Gharial 15 Dec 2023 @gentle lemur I doubt it's from an injury, as there were many cichlids in this tank with head lumps, some more noticeable than others
