Thanks! Most pictures are taken with a Nikon 500mm 5.6 PF.
Marojejy must be the best place to find it. I know Masoala is another good place but like Marojejy will imply a domestic flight and several days. Iaroka Forest, close to Andasibe is the place to look for it if you do not have time to go to North-West but will need more efforts I guess.

Marojejy is done with "refugees" inside the National Park. I do not have a relevant cost per day but that is not expensive, especially if you organize it yourself.
