When did you take those pictures? If it was just a few days ago, then I'm really amazed, because I thought that Alaska must be full of snow and ice in February (I just returned from Norway yesterday, and Tromsö and even Oslo - which is (refering the map) about as far north as Anchorage - were completely "white"). Climate change?
