@Kifaru Bwana I would like to get a proper image of their exhibit, unfortunately it's unsheltered glass and it's difficult not to get glare unless you put the lens directly onto the glass (which is what I did here).
I am unaware of any existing breeding programs for this species unfortunately
I would hope that the PKBSI will establish local programs like these for the endangered primates of Indonesia. There is some ex situ work with Owa Jawa, Lutung and Jawan surili, but that is more the BKDSA and NGO's working to restore en rewild.
PKBSI at the moment is focussing on the banteng, anoa, babirusa and Sumatran tiger. I am sure that will increase over time. Be nice to get the South East Asian zoo association SEAZA also on board.
