Interesting photo! I assume that this is a place where pig carcasses are regularly placed out to attract vultures? Either for viewing purposes or to provide supplemental feed?
@Summer Tanager You are right! The place is called "muladar" (not sure if exists any word for that in english), and is used to provide supplemental feeding. Farmers were forbidden lo leave dead animals on the field years ago, due mad cows disease, so lot of these places were created. Not the case of this one, but the vulture conservation society manage some of them and offers guided visits for a small fee that is used on conservation programs.
