Yes but certain species including Bush Stone-curlews are either resistant to the poison or have learned to eat only less poisonous body parts. However, a lot of native wildlife is threatened by trying to eat toads, snakes (excluding the Keelback) especially.
@DelacoursLangur they are. Unfortunately many native species in Australia are unfamiliar with the danger these toads pose and will eat them, often resulting in sickness or death. Some birds, however, are learning methods to safely consume them - Australian Magpies have learnt to flip them on their back and extract the liver (which is non-poisonous), and Australian White Ibis have been observed to smack the toads around until they excrete all of their poison, then wash them in a body of water to remove the poison. I've not heard of Bush Stone-curlews being able to safely consume Cane Toads, so I hope this one was alright afterwards.
