@Dr. Loxodonta RSPB Frampton Marsh, there were quite a few that day flying between the marshes on the two sides of the sea wall. I've been lucky with seeing quite a few Avocets this year, at Slimbridge and Frampton.
@Dr. Loxodonta They are lovely to see in the wild - watching them feeding and flying about is great, so well worth tracking them down. Hope you have good luck with them soon.
