European pond turtle

This looks like a pond turtle to me. The European pond turtle Emys orbicularis is kept in Frankfurt according to zootierliste, the similar Sicilian species is not listed, and I don't think the similar Actinemys turtles from North America are kept often there. So it should be a European pond turtle. I'm not sure if I'm missing any similar turtle species.
