Stingray Bay - Australian Adventure

This may be a silly question, but do you know if those mangrove trees are actual living mangroves, or are they fake props?

Definitely fake props.

Ahhh, Stingray Bay, how zoo nerds love you. This exhibit opened in 2015, but when I visited Fort Wayne Children's Zoo in 2010 this whole room was a small nocturnal house. I saw ultra-rare Striped Possums, Short-beaked Echidnas and a substantial Fruit Bat exhibit. All gone.
