Is this a new pinniped exhibit?

Yes, more specifically an extensive renovation of an existing pinniped exhibit.

A huge chunk of the cost, whatever that total is, will be that new rockwork. Very fancy! Coastal Cove is supposed to open this summer and feature California Sea Lions and Harbour Seals.
