This exhibit has always been comically oversized and it's good that they shrunk it considerably. It was great for the aardvarks to have so much space, but far too difficult for guests to find the animals. Even this shrunken exhibit is a nice size and now that their indoors quarters are publicly viewable the odds of actually seeing aardvarks have gone way up. What is being done with the rest of the enclosure?
@pachyderm pro The indoor habitat is closed for the summer but you are very likely to see them now. The other portion of the habitat is now for 2 pelicans and an african spurred tortoise.
