Tripod, the Clouded Leopard

Taken all the way back on 8th July 2023. This is still one of my better photos of our beloved 3 legged Clouded Leopard.

Tripod has been transferred out of his exhibit to make way for a 2 year old female Sri Lankan Leopard, she should be on display after around a week of conditioning in her new home.

@LeMandaiEnthusiast‧How did she lose the fourth leg?

@Zoofan15 According to the official signboard, Tripod lost his front right leg in a childhood fight. Still not too sure on exact details

Thankfully, he's still able to walk and climb well

@Bengal Tiger As far as I know, he should be moving to one of our other Clouded Leopard enclosure backhouses. Whether he will be on display or not I'm unsure, but I hope he will be
