From what I've seen from your pictures of this Crocodile Farm, the stone sculpture gardens are very nice, but the animal enclosures are abysmal. I wonder how this zoo stays in business with the incredible Khao Kheow Wildlife Park nearby. A great plan for the Crocodile Farm would be to expand on its gardens and send most of the animals to other zoos with better facilities. The zoo could keep some crocodilians in enhanced habitats and reinvent itself as "Crocodile Gardens Park."
