This photo was taken in October 2014. The invididual was a female named "Honey / ハニー", and lived in the aquarium from 2005-2020. This facility closed in 2018.

Yes, I remember that too.
It was one of the most horrile incidents that hapened in Japanese Zoos and Aquariums recently.
We must not repeat the same problem again.
