No you wouldn't This view is impressive, but both enclosures are very small. Two (or three?) steep, wide moats take much space. And perhaps are not safe for animals.
This zoo is an exercise how much restaurants, cafes and theming you can put in and still have animals.
The wolfes have three exhibits and they are bigger than in some other zoos, so it's ok. And the caribouherd has more than enough space But of cause bigger is always better
