Jurong Bird Park | Saffron Finch

@BucerosKeeper I agree with BucerosKeeper. These two species are VERY similar looking, but the bill on this bird seems small for a Taveta Golden-Weaver and it has the pale base of the lower mandible and the notched tail that are characteristics of the Saffron Finch. I think this is a Saffron Finch. Maybe both species are present in that exhibit?
