Farlowella acus is the Twig Catfish, they have a "Pinocchio"-like face.
There are two species commonly encountered in Singapore's trade that are "Whiptail Catfish." Based on the shorter snout, I would guess that this is Rineloricaria lanceolata. Longer snouted animals will be Sturisomatichthys festivum.
