Yeesh. This might be the worst Leopard gecko enclosure in all of the big Indonesian zoos and exemplifies how horrible their care is under private keepers as their setups aren't far off from this. @Rizz Carlton already mentioned the lack of hiding space, and I'm not sure why Indonesian zoos keep chucking Leopard geckos in vertical enclosures but they could have at least made a few platforms.
But oh man, the substrate is the biggest issue here. It's dolomite, a powder often used by most Indonesian hobbyists specifically for Leopard geckos because it "provides calcium" and can absorb the smell of feces. Aside from expecting the geckos to eat what they defecate in, it can irritate the eyes and get into their lungs, not nice stuff!
