Another great video and these must take you a very long time to put together. Having Toledo Zoo as the #30 out of 54 attractions on your list makes sense, as the indoor, historic buildings are terrific but there's a lot of poor quality outdoor exhibits. Thanks for making the video and it was a joy to watch.
@snowleopard Thank you for the kind words! I'm glad you can agree on the rating, I thought it was coincidentally an appropriate time to post this since the Hot Takes thread brought up Toledo. I respect the dedication for those that throw Toledo near the top 10 but I can't bring myself to come close to agreeing - not while Tiger Terrace still exists. Having seen it twice now over a one year span, the new Kodiak Ridge is pretty disappointing too. I know I said in the video to give new exhibits time to grow the vegetation but... all the vegetation is along the outer fence so it doesn't compensate for how dry and bare the rest of it looks.
This is a great video tour! I can't wait to see their aviary and reptile house. Thank you for putting all of the filming and editing time into this - I think you did an excellent job! I've not been to the Toledo Zoo yet, but I can see from you video that it would take six hours easily to see everything. And, I think it was wise of you not to film in the areas that focus on kids!
