Aspidoscelis sexlineatus? - Prairie Park Nature Center, Lawrence KS (November 1, 2024).
I think you're right - this looks like Aspidoscelis sexlineatus, which I believe is the only native species of Aspidoscelis in Kansas. Many, but not all, individuals of this species have green pigment in the anterior portion of their bodies as adults.
