This was formerly the dolphin's off-show holding in the 2000's before Dolphin Bay. It was pretty sealed off for guests with canopy and wired fences, but you can very clearly see the dolphins.
For as bad the condition for them are, the condition back then are arguably as horrible if not worse.
@Rizz Carlton The current dolphin setup is already far too outdated and small and it's almost difficult to believe that this photo is of an old dolphin tank. Yikes. It would be too tiny for even one cetacean!
