Tigers For Tomorrow - Another tiger enclosure

Is there more to this exhibit than meets the eye or is this glorified dog-pen all the space that the tigers have?

I remember going to this place as a child and asking lots of questions. The owner was incredibly rude and claimed that the tigers were being provided with the best exhibitory possible, but should that really surprise me when visiting another naff little roadside zoo?
