DesertTortoise

Fish ID?

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium - November 25, 2024
Plectorhinchus chaetodontoides. Can easily be confused with the similar P. picus (alternatively spelled P. pica) as an adult (picus has smaller black spots than chaetodontoides, and picus has a narrow black edge to the upper part of the operculum), but the juveniles are quite distinct.
