Historic Elephant House

It's really superb that Taronga is maintaining this historic piece of architecture as it adds a lot of character to the zoo.

@snowleopard I agree. It’s a stunning building and heritage listed. Auckland, Wellington, Melbourne and Adelaide all have historic elephant houses, which serve as fascinating relics of the past and comparisons to the world class exhibits you see in those zoos today.
