@dillotest0 Too large for a Kestrel! The bird was only a few feet away from one of the Pandas (Ruby, Nilo the male was further up the tree having come down briefly for some Bamboo) a few times as it went back and forth from the trees in the enclosure to the ones on the path and in true Red Panda style she stayed asleep throughout.
