Bewick's wren (Thryomanes bewickii)

There is a rusty, Eastern race of the Bewick's Wren that looks similar to this bird, but I agree with the opinion that this is a Carolina Wren for a couple of reasons. One is the cinnamon breast and belly color that is absent in the Bewick's Wren. Also, there is a distinct contrast between the throat color and the breast color in this bird, which is a characteristic of the Carolina Wren. The tail of this wren does appear to be proportionally long, which suggests a Bewick's Wren, but I can't get past the breast and belly color that indicate Carolina Wren. Both species of wren have white spots on the edges of the tail, but they are more pronounced in the Bewick's Wren and also the Bewick's Wren has white spots on the tips of almost all of the tail feathers except for the center 4 (or 6). This is a tough one, but with out the song or a photo of the crissum, I have to go with Carolina Wren. Great picture!
