You seem to be correct. That tank has/had some pretty interesting species like popeye catalufa and horned bannerfish.

Some of these species are hard-ish to get in aquariums like lookdown (at least for New England aquarium) but that might because they aren’t local. While I like this aquarium, I don’t like the lack of any signage of some sorts. Also, who manages this tank?

@MOG2012 Did some looking online and I couldn't find much, though the tank is likely managed by aquarium staff at the palace, though I am not sure if they are hired from a different place. Surprised that lookdown would be tricky to get, they are quite common in many aquariums with larger tanks.

It’s like meerkat. Just because they are popular and wide-spread, that doesn’t mean that aquariums are willing to give them to other facilities
