Red siskin (Spinus cucullatus)

@Summer Tanager I only had learned a year ago that siskins are particularly popular in the (suprisingly large) Indonesian finches community, probably the second popularly kept South American birds other than the parrots.

Red siskins are the most popular and widely kept (Despite being categorized as endangered by IUCN), presumebly has been bred here too. The hooded siskins, yellow-bellied siskins, and black siskins have apparently been bred and sold in Indonesia as well, though not as widely as the red siskins.
