Some of Chester's rock-work is really not very nice.
This looks a though it was done by a six year old with a pack of plasticine - or maybe they couldn't afford, or wait for the finishing coat to be carved?
The tree looks a bit like a poor copy of a 1960's Britains model with its plastic leaves missing.
