It looks like Karta is pregnant in this photo. She delivered a baby (believed to be stillborn) in November 2014.

@Zoofan15 I remember now, the keeper told me she was pregnant... and that she'd had bad luck with her previous pregnancies, unfortunately.

@decat It was very sad. Karta had a number of stillborn infants and those that survived died as neonates. It was believed Karta had an anomaly to her nipples that prevented her infants from suckling effectively. The keepers worked tirelessly to train Karta in order to assist her with feeding of the next infant; but sadly Karta (and her final infant) died during childbirth in 2017.
