@amur leopard I did! We spent 5 nights at Parque Tepuhueico on Chiloe Island where they do regularly see them- but no luck this time. They employ various methods to increase their chances including baiting and camera traps. Luckily I had already seen one wild back in 2021 near Petrohue, Chile (the photo of it walking away is already shared on Zoochat!)
@amur leopard Darwin's Fox, Southern River Otter (no photo unfortunately), Chilean Myotis and Hairy Soft-haired Mouse were all new- with the Fox being the biggest target by far! Was certainly nice to know we were going to see captive Kodkods no matter what- took some pressure off.
