@KevinB Thanks! I bet you're correct, and those traits certainly do not make for happy, healthy, and reproducing display animals! I don't want to see wild animals come into captivity just to live a short and stressful life. If a species isn't comfortable enough in captivity to reproduce and to not hide from people, then I think it's better left outside of the zoo world for the most part.
