I just got back from the Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium and Safari Park in Litchfield Park, west of Phoenix and they have a tayra. I am quite surprised that both the greater grison and tayra are not at more zoos. As mentioned above they are incredibly active, esp. since they are diurnal unlike many carnivores. Once people located them, they were quite the attraction, esp. the grison.
