@marmolady I’ve always been so convinced that Zola was Tsotsi’s offspring but the dark face is very much as S family trait - as seen most recently in Lemba.
@Zoofan15 The black face I put down to her mum’s side. They’re known for their dark faces, in fact, Zombi’s grandmother’s name ‘Zwart’ means ‘black’. Lemba’s black face, to me, is more reminiscent of a mask-like marking seen in Western lines as opposed to a pale face that darkens young (as in Zola’s case). Zola had never looked like any of the S family babies I’ve known. I would put good money on Zola being a Tsotsi baby.
