Ronquilus jordani, maybe?
Assuming this is a local wild-caught speciman, it would make sense geographically.

@ralph You're most likely right if i had to guess, they do have jordani signed in one of the larger tanks, but I didn't see it. From what I saw they also tend to exhibit a species in more than one tank but then never label it on the other tank it's in, so I'll just go with jordani for now

@Northwest_FIsh_Keeping Zootierliste also lists this species for Vancouver Aquarium. I think it's a safe bet this is indeed R. jordani.
