A huge walk-through enclosure, although not accessible on my visit due to Bird Flu. This photo was taken from outside the fence.

I think it is absolutely better than either Ueno or Tama - although it lacks as much diversity in big animals (but has it in smaller mammals), there are no bad enclosures there whereas those are rife at Ueno and Tama.

It is better than Hirakawa as well, especially because Hirakawa does have those awful monkey cages and very small bear grottos. Hirakawa is a better zoo than either Ueno or Tama as well.
