Origined from a collection exchange between Ragunan Zoo and the Sri Lankan National Zoo in 2003, where Ragunan received two sloth bear and two Sri Lankan leopard in exchange for a couple of orangutan.
This individual is the last remnant of that cooperation, as the leopards has been gone for a year now and the other sloth has presumebly passed away.
