Yellow-footed Tortoise

The only one of its kind in an Australian zoo living with two Indian Star Tortoises and a Rhinoceros Iguana. Quite a battered-looking animal.

Devastated that it appears I missed it on my trip

@That Aussie Guy Has been variously on and off display over the past half a decade or so. I saw it on my 2021 visit to the zoo but missed it on my 2023 visit.

@That Aussie Guy It took me three visits to its enclosure to see it. I almost missed it.

Missed the Common Snapping Turtle. Where is it usually housed?

@WhistlingKite24 I believe the Common Snapping Turtle was housed in the tank to the left of the large indoor saltwater crocodile enclosure for "Crunch" when I went to visit, which also housed Alligator Snapping Turtles

@That Aussie Guy Ah I only saw an Alligator Snapping Turtle. I should have looked closer! Thanks.
