This is actually a Southern bald ibis, you can tell by the way the baldness goes all the way to the neck, while Northern bald ibises still have feathers on their chin and the back of their head. Northern bald ibises are also generally a lot wrinklier
I agree with @Mr Gharial - this is a Southern Bald Ibis (Geronticus calvus) not a Northern Bald Ibis (aka Waldrapp Ibis (Geronticus eremita)). Nice photo!
