WhistlingKite24 19 Apr 2025 Melbourne exhibits their Hermann's Tortoises and only Horsfield's Tortoise in the same exhibit. I am not sure how to distinguish these species so any help would be great.

Jambo 19 Apr 2025 @WhistlingKite24 One big difference is that Horsefield's have four claws per foot. Hermann's have five. Hermann's shells are also more rounded. This does look like one of the zoo's Hermann's to me.
