This is the big aviary along from the farmyard which originally had a lot of exotic parrots when first built?

Seems risky keeping tamarins with birds as small as budgies.
 
@Chlidonias Yes that’s correct. The combination surprised me too. The only bird/primate combination I’d previously seen in a NZ zoo was Pygmy marmoset/Blue and gold macaw and Black-handed spider monkey/Cape Barron goose - both at Hamilton Zoo.
