I'd say it's a Marco Polo argali (Ovis ammon polii) rather than a urial; urials have a more "mouflon-like" structure on the face, and rams have a more marked beard. Coloration also says argali to me.
I was debating between the both, I have since seen Transcapian urial in other collections and this individual doesn’t have the same characteristics as the other individuals I have seen.
