This might indeed be a true spotted wobbegong (Orectolobus maculatus), the marking of this shark and the one at BXSea looks very different.
The orectolobus leptolineatus at BXSea are darker and have a more complex, reticulated markings. Compared to this shark, which appears to be smoother and have some noticable white rings.
