I took a photo of this sign and uploaded it into the gallery 6 years ago. Wow. The zoo is certainly taking its time with the construction of the new leopard exhibit!
@snowleopard There were signs about donations for and funding of the new exhibit in different places around the zoo, so that might have been the major issue.
