Looks like a Golden Orbweaver or some orb weaver relative, not sure about their status in Australia.

Nephila pilipes? Definitely one of the Nephilidae. @Yoshistar888 ??

@DaLilFishie yeah could be Trichonephila pilipes. Could also be T.edulis.
