Chlidonias 26 Jun 2025 @Giant Eland - are you sure this is Dendromus mesomelas ? It might be the pose, but it doesn't look like a Dendromus from this photo, and it's my understanding that it is really rare to see them either out in the daytime or on the ground.

Giant Eland 30 Jun 2025 Sorry @Chlidonias. Was an error when uploading. Was supposed to be Brants's Whistling Rat (Parotomys brantsii). Please if you could fix that here and in the photographic guide when you have a chance.
