I hope they do some planting as this exhibit has views on 3 sides and is pretty thin of an exhibit.

On a more serious note, don’t captive bears usually display destructive behaviors toward most plants in their habitat? I just have a feeling that this exhibit will be altered within a quick period of time from the bears’ digging habits.

Does this area (bear ridge and sea otter coast) seem to only house those two species? Also, how do you think it compares to Columbus’s new exhibit?

@USZOOfan42 Them and the existing Arctic fox exhibit, though I don't know if they'll return. It doesn't compare to Columbus's due to the amount of space they were working with. However, it's very similar to St. Louis's grizzly habitat.
